SUPPLY OF AGGREGATE

Our offer includes aggregates for various purposes and applications. These are sands, gravels and broken aggregates, i.e. granite or basalt. In some regions of the country, we have concrete breaks from demolition of reinforced concrete structures.

In our offer there are aggregates suitable for:
– as a foundation for foundations and passageways,
– filler for mixtures stabilizing the ground,
– filler for concrete mixes,
– sandblasting,
– mortar production standard and specialist.

A properly selected aggregate is one of the most important elements of a properly made foundation. The foundation must be made of material that is compact and not loose during work. In most cases, we use sanded sands (so-called sand), however, cheap broken aggregates such as granite or basalt are available in the south of the country. There are regions of the country (eg Warsaw), where thick factions of aggregates are difficult or not available at all – then you can use concrete breaks from demolition of reinforced concrete facilities.

Access to the resources of the “Taczalin” and “Stanisław” mines enables us to direct the offer to quartz sand and broken stone to glassworks, photovoltaic panel manufacturers and the electronics industry. The physicochemical parameters of the material will be made available to interested buyers.

THERMAL SYSTEMS

 

The foundation slabs of our study are an ideal base for erecting energy-saving and passive buildings thanks to the use of the highest quality insulation materials. These include XPS extruded polystyrene and Izodom 2000 Polska insulating fittings.

What is XPS?

XPS – extruded polystyrene – is an insulating material produced in the process of foaming polystyrene. It is a homogeneous material with a smooth surface and structure. The nature of the connections between the cells results in a significant mechanical strength and increase of the heat flow resistance parameters. The closed cells from which the boards are made make it harder and less absorbable than traditional EPS polystyrenes.

In our designs, we mostly use XPS boards with compressive strength above 300 kPa and the appropriate deformation module due to long-term pressure (“creep effect”). “). The use of EPS polystyrene can lead to excessive deflection of the foundation slab and cracking. This is particularly dangerous in places where there are increased breakthroughs, for example through poles.

Long cooperation with suppliers of this product made it possible to conclude a contract for its receipt on preferential terms and transfer this price to our client.

What is the Izodom 2000 Polska system?

Styrofoam Izodom 2000 Polska are prefabricated elements of styrofoam assembled similar to blocks, and then are filled with concrete or fibrobetone.

The system consists of:

– insulation of the foundation slab made of fittings with a base thickness of 15 and 25 centimeters EPS and reinforced concrete slab 25 centimeters thick,
– wall elements with a total thickness of insulation from 10 to 30 centimeters and a standard thickness of reinforced concrete core from 15 to 20 centimeters, which can be used to erect foundation walls and standard
– prefabricated ceiling elements overburdened with reinforced mesh and steel, composite rods or fibrobeton with the addition of steel or polymer fibers
– prefabricated roof elements laid on roof trusses or trusses, which are covered with tinsmith and finishing facings (tile, roofing sheet, etc.) The advantage of this system over conventional brick systems are: – the possibility of obtaining the best available thermal insulation parameters on the Polish market (energy-efficient, passive and zero-energy construction),
– a decisive reduction in building completion time,
– high quality of the obtained reinforced concrete structure,
– the possibility of building a number of building elements using the fibrobeton method, reducing the cost of building use,
– lower employee involvement from the contractor,
– the possibility of building the foundation of the building in the “white bathtub” system with the use of fibrobetone technology and composite rods

DELIVERY OF FIBERS

 
 
The main difficulty in the implementation of projects in which fibrobeton technology is used is to order the appropriate type of fiber and deliver it to the concrete mixing plant. We provide all necessary help to our clients who carry out the task with the economic method or construction companies making their first steps in this construction area.

There are many fiber producers on the Polish and European market. They are mainly used in floors. If steel or polymer fibers are used in structural components, they are subject to significantly more stringent assessment criteria. The slenderness of the designed fiber is important, not the quantity in kilograms. Tensile and tensile strength of the fiber as well as the type of steel from which it was made are extremely important. The use of cheaper alternatives can be devastating in consequences for which our company and designers do not respond. Only the application of the type of fiber adopted in the study ensures that the warranty is maintained and that the desired service life of the reinforced concrete element is achieved. Cooperation with producers such as ArcelorMittal and Bekaert guarantees the highest quality and repeatability of the product. Our many years of experience and knowledge of the fiber market makes it possible to obtain attractive financial conditions that we can translate into our client.
 
Our tasks include:
– FibroTech Engineering department will optimize the design in terms of the amount and type of fiber to be used,
– we will design a concrete mix based on the available a given region of aggregates and cements,
– we will order a fiber from the producer and deliver it to the best adapted batching plant in the region,
– we will take surplus fiber to our warehouse so as not to burden the customer at the expense of material that it will not be able to use for other works,
– we protect fiber for admixture improperly counted concrete or intended for filling trims,
– if there is no adapted concrete mixing plant in the region, we will establish cooperation with the one who will present the best financial and technical conditions,
– we will train the crew of the concrete mixing plant regarding the preparation of the concrete mix,
– we will train the flooring company using the new generation polymer fiber we design,
– we will train the concrete pump operator and we will support it with practical knowledge in the event of difficulties with the incorporation of the fiber mixture.
 
We are ready to give an offer for:
– participation of our Manager Construction during the acceptance of the construction phase before concreting,
– participation of our Construction Manager or technologist at daytime or night concreting.
 
The offer will contain individual financial conditions that depend on the size of the task and distance from the regional customer service point.
 
Please inform the Sales Department minimum 3 days before concreting, it is necessary to make it available.

SALES OF GFRP REINFORCEMENT AND BFRP

 
 
 
In our commercial offer there are composite reinforcing bars made of fiberglass and basalt fiber. We supply diameters from 4 to 32 millimeters, ready in coils from 25 to 300 meters. We can also provide sections up to 12 meters after agreeing with the ordering party.
 
The length of a rod in a circle depends mainly on its weight. It should be borne in mind that the larger the cross-section of the rod, the larger the diameter of the circle. For example, a circle made of a rod with a diameter of 12 millimeters is 170 centimeters in diameter.
 
The main advantage of composite reinforcing bars in relation to steel rods is their increased tensile strength. It has been assumed that by converting a steel rod into a composite one, the diameter of the rod can be reduced from 2 to 4 millimeters (eg from 12 to 10 millimeters), but each time this assertion should be supported by calculations made by an authorized structural designer.
 
The designers who are part of the FibroTech Engineering team will analyze the shared project and suggest a solution: they will determine the bar’s diameter and the width of its spacing. Then, the Sales Department will prepare an offer, after which the delivery will be organized to the buyer or the designated construction site.

CONCRETE SUPPLY

It is a mix of cement in the form of cement, filler, which are aggregates, and admixtures, thanks to which it obtains the desired properties. The solvent for cement is water, the exact amount of which is the basis of each recipe. Once dissolved, the cement fills the space between the filler grains, which in turn results in the desired compressive strength and abrasion resistance.

The combination of concrete and fiber causes a change in the name of the resulting composite to fibrobeton.

The connection of concrete with steel reinforcing bars results in a change of name to reinforced concrete. It is correct to call reinforced concrete with steel fiber in structural elements.
Thanks to many years of practice, we know how to design an ideal mixture to perform the task entrusted to us. We can develop a composite recipe for an individual order, taking into account the Investor’s special request or the circumstances of its use. We are one of the few experts on the European market that has experience in the technology of fibrobeton and its use.

Our technologists took part in the design of concrete:
– waterproof in the “White Baths” system using the most modern super-plasticizers and polymer fibers,
– slowly ripening to minimize shrinkage and structural cracking,
– specialized, i.e. self-compacting Agilia with the addition of constructional and anti-shrinkage fiber,
– resistant to chemically aggressive environments.

We have advised producers, designers, contractors and investors on:
– use of fine aggregate for construction with very high rebar density,
– selection of a mixture of aggregates and super plasticizers to obtain concretes resistant to the action of nitric acids for the Rokita production plant in Brzeg Dolny,
– development of a concrete mix with the addition of polymer fiber and an appropriate type of cement for the foundation of the Perlowa Dolina residential building in Bydgoszcz,
– resistant to the impact of sea water on port marinas.

One of our strategic partners in the delivery of concrete is Lafarge Polska, with the exception of the Lower Silesian market, where we build cooperation with Abet, which in our opinion has the best preparation for the tasks entrusted to them, mainly in the fiber concrete technology using steel fiber in significant quantities.
